SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA — Potential heavy rain could bring flooding to parts of Southeastern Pennsylvania, according to the National Weather Service.

Forecasters are predicting showers and thunderstorms in the region Thursday.

Some may bring flooding conditions, forecasters said.

Additionally, storms may feature hail and damaging winds. The storms are most likely to occur before 2 p.m.
