Three's a Charm, Lady Knights Take Third District 1 Class A Championship
The Delaware County Christian School girls basketball team moves forward to compete in the Pennsylvania State Basketball Tournament on March 10.
HAVERFORD–Third time's a charm for the girls basketball team. On Saturday, March 3, the Lady Knights faced their tough competitor Morrisville Bulldogs at Haverford College for the title of the District 1 Class A champion.
Morrisville defeated the Lady Knights 48-42 and then again 47-35. But in the end, at their third and final match-up, the Lady Knights pulled through to win the District 1 Class A Championships.
