West Chester Pike Lane Closing Through Late May For Roadwork: PennDOT
PennDOT officials said the closure will be in effect on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, April 29 through Tuesday, May 28.
NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA ā A portion of West Chester Pike/Route 3 in Newtown Township will have periodic lane closures for about a month, according to PennDOT.
PennDOT said roadwork on West Chester Pike will force a weekday periodic lane closure in the westbound lanes.
The affected portion of road is between Boot Road and Campus Boulevard.

Officials said the closure will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, April 29 through Tuesday, May 28.
Work may also take place on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. if needed by the contractor.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
