Woman Drove On 3 Bare Rims To Delco From Montco After DUI Crash: PSP
A 25-year-old Philadelphia woman is accused of crashing her vehicle in Norristown, losing three tires, then driving all the way to Marple.
MARPLE, PA — Pennsylvania State Police in April took a woman into custody after they said she drove a vehicle with three bare rims from Montgomery County to Delaware County, all while under the influence.
According to authorities, India Rouse, 25, of Philadelphia, was taken into custody for DUI, driving without insurance, and driving with a suspended license following an April 18 incident.
Police said a construction crew notified them of a crashed vehicle in the area of the ramps to Interstate 476 from West Chester Pike in Marple Township.

Troopers found a white vehicle crashed just past the exit 9 off ramp in the concrete median with just one tire on it. The other three wheels were bare rims and completely scuffed. Police said they were clearly driven on for an extended period of time.
Rouse was taken into custody for DUI and then admitted to drinking and driving from Norristown on Interstate 476 with just one tire after crashing in Norristown.

Court records for Rouse were not immediately available.
