Delaware County Collecting Campaign Yard Signs For Recycling

All campaign yard signs — plastic-coated, cardboard, and vinyl signs — and accompanying metal stands will be accepted free-of-charge.

MEDIA, PA — Delaware County residents are invited to recycle their political campaign yard signs now that the election is over.

Signs can be recycled from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday.

Residents can drop off signs at Rose Tree County Park, 1671 N. Providence Road in Media.

All yard signs — plastic-coated, cardboard, and vinyl signs — and accompanying metal stands will be accepted free-of-charge. They do not need to be dismantled for collection.

All collected materials will be recycled.

Signs do not need to exclusively be for elections.

The county reminds residents that signs should not be removed without permission from the person/entity which placed them.
