Man Choked, Punched Ex- Girlfriend At Delaware County Bar: Police

COLLINGDALE, PA — Pennsylvania State Police are looking for a Philadelphia man after they said he choked and punched his ex-girlfriend at a Delaware County bar last week.

Police were called to Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital at about 12:20 a.m. on Friday.

There, they met a 34-year-old Prospect Park woman who told them she was attacked by her ex-boyfriend, 37, of Philadelphia.

She told them the attack happened in a Collingdale bar.

Police said she relayed the man punched her in the face at the bar, knocking her to the ground.

While she was on the ground, police said the man choked her.

She was then taken to a hospital, and the man fled the bar.

Police are investigating the incident.
