Philly Porn Star Suing Josh Duggar Over 'Terrifying' Sex

An adult film star who says Josh Duggar assaulted her in Philadelphia last summer has filed a lawsuit seeking $500,000 in damages.

An adult film actress who says Josh Duggar assaulted her during two sexual encounters in last summer in Philadelphia has filed a lawsuit against the former “19 Kids and Counting” star.

The woman, whose stage name is Danica Dillon, filed the lawsuit Tuesday against the 27-year-old disgraced reality star, ABC News reports.

She is seeking $500,000 in damages for what she is calling “terrifying” sex on two occasions.

Dillon told In Touch magazine that Duggar was “manhandling me, basically tossing me around like I was a rag doll” during a night at a Philadelphia hotel.

The lawsuit alleges Duggar “physically assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries,” ABC News reported.

The alleged assaults were not reported to Philadelphia police, her lawyer told ABC news.

This is the latest in a stream of negative allegations lodged against the married father of four who once worked for the pro-marriage lobbying group Family Research Council. Dillion had previously told the Daily Mail the trysts took place when his wife Anna was about five months pregnant with their fourth child.

In May, the reality television show that first debuted in 2008 was cancelled following allegations Duggar molested his sisters.

“Twelve years ago, as a young teenager, I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret. I hurt others, including my family and close friends,” Duggar said, according to People magazine.

Then in August, Duggar admitted he was a client of the cheating website Ashley Madison. Soon after, his family announced he had checked himself into a long-term treatment center for his sex and pornography addiction.

“For him it will be a long journey toward wholeness and recovery. We pray that in this he comes to complete repentance and sincere change. In the meantime, we will be offering our love, care and devoted support to Anna and our grandchildren as she also receives counsel and help for her own heart and future,” the Duggar family statement said.

The Duggar family attorney has not released a statement regarding the lawsuit.
