Rose Tree Park Hosting 50th Annual Festival of Lights

MEDIA, PA — Rose Tree Park in Media is hosting the 50th Annual Rose Tree Festival of Lights and promises entertainment, food, shopping and more.

The festival will run nightly from Dec. 4 to Jan. 3, 2026, with the annual tree lighting ceremony will be held at 5 p.m. Dec. 4

Hours are 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.

Dozens of illuminated trees and lit displays will transform the park into a walk-through winter wonderland display.

Admission and parking are free. Handicap will be available.

Friendly, leashed dogs are permitted.

The park playground closes at 4:45 p.m.

On select dates, the park will host Delco Fare & Flare Nights. These nights are Dec. 4, Dec. 6, Dec. 7, Dec. 13, and Dec. 14. Click the links to see what's in store for those nights. Additional Delco Fare & Flare Night details will be released in the future.

The special events at the Festival of Lights, including the tree lighting ceremony and the Fare & Flair festivities, are weather permitting.
