Bayer a Top Company for Working Moms

A magazine recognizes the Robinson-based company for its efforts to support working parents.

Paid parental leave and employee wellness programs make the Robinson Township-based Bayer Corp. one of the best companies in the country for working mothers, according to a parenting magazine. 

Working Mother magazine has named the pharmacuetical company, which maintains offices on Bayer Road, as one of the top 100 in the country for working moms. 

The company has earned a spot on the list for nine of the past ten years, according to a company statement.

Companies were evaluated on employee work/life balance, including company culture, benefits and flexible work arrangements. Working Mother releases the list each year.
