Moon Township opened a new military commissary and Post Exchange. The ribbon was cut on Tuesday morning.
The commissary is a full service grocery store, and for the first time, it has a deli and bakery.
Everything is sold at a discounted rate for current and retired military members and families who live in western Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
