1. Moon Area School District closes for holiday
The will close Nov. 24 to Nov. 28 for the Thanksgiving holiday. Check back with Patch later this week for a complete rundown of township offices and businesses that will be closed on Thanksgiving.
2. Valerie Plame speaks at RMU
Former CIA agent Valerie Plame Wilson and her husband, Ambassador Joseph Wilson, are scheduled to speak today at a alumni luncheon.
Wilson wrote a 2003 New York Times op-ed piece claiming that the threat of nuclear weapons in Iraq was exaggerated. That article allegedly resulted in the exposure of his wife, Plame, who was working as an undercover CIA agent in counter-proliferation.

The couple will speak at 11:30 a.m. before a limited group of alumni in the university's Nicolson Center.
3. Moon Library Hosts Book Club Group
