Get Involved in Local Government: Moon Seeks to Fill Boards, Committees
Residents can now apply to serve on various township boards and committees.
Township officials are seeking to fill seats on more than a dozen community advisory boards and committees for 2012.
Positions are available on the Library Board of Trustees, Parks and Recreation Board and the Moon Township Municipal Authority, among others.
The is now accepting resumes and letters of interest from citizens interested in serving on the boards. Appointments will be made by the board at its January regular meeting.
