Moon Police: Arrests for Underage Drinking, Drug Possession

Moon Township Police made the following recent arrests and responded to the following incidents. Each item is a reflection of police records and does not indicate guilt or a conviction.Â
- Deric Vaughn Tucker 29, of Pittsburgh was charged with felony carring a firearm without a license and persons not to possess, use, manufacture, control or sell a firearm on Oct. 25 on Cedar Drive.Â
- Damar Antwon Turner, 28, Aliquippa, was charged with possession of marijuana outside of the Moon Township Police station on Oct. 31. Police responded to a argument between Turner and a woman that occured in the parking lot of the township public safety building.Â
- Kristen E. McClendon, 51, Moon Township, was charged with driving without insurance, driving with a suspended license, being a habitual offender and accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, on Oct. 10 on Cedar Drive. Police said McClendon was involved in a two-vehicle crash in the Mooncrest neighborhood. Â
- Police charged seven with underage drinking just after midnight on Nov. 1 at 3200 Landing Lane in the Waterford Landing apartment complex. Police responded to complaints of loud noise in the building. Two men, 19-year-old Michael Neilson and 19-year-old Matthew Franklin Green, both of Moon Township, were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in connection to the incident.Â
