New Beaver Grade Road Eatery Offers Mediterranean Fare
Maxime's Mediterranean opens in Moon Township.
Moon Township's newest eatery offers a Middle Eastern and Mediterranean-inspired menu.Â
Maxime's Mediterranean, which offers take-out and catering, opened its doors in Janaury at 937 Beaver Grade Road.Â
Owner Elie Flouty, of Moon Township, said the restaurant features a variety of Middle Eastern and Greek-staples, such as gyros, falafels, kibbeh and humas with pita bread. Specials will be offered daily. The restaurant also offers up pastries and baklava.Â
