Robert Morris University Renews Contract with President Dell'Omo

Dell'Omo will serve as president of Robert Morris University through 2017.

Robert Morris University's Board of Trustees has approved a new five-year contract for university President Gregory G. Dell'Omo. 

Dell'Omo has served as president of the Moon Township-based university since 2005. His new agreement with the university expires May 31, 2017.

... the university has enjoyed a rising academic reputation, dramatically increased the number of students living on campus, and launched a student engagement program that has impacted all aspects of campus life. Dell’Omo credits a strong sense of institutional indentity among faculty and staff, and their embrace of RMU’s core values.

The university earlier this year completed a $40 million capital campaign and opened the new Wheatley Center for communications and media arts. Construction is now underway at the Moon campus on the , which will house health science programs.
