Ugliest American Accent Comes Down to Scranton and Pittsburgh

The website Gawker has been running an NCAA-style bracket since the end of September. They started with 16 cities, including Boston, Chicago and New York, they had it narrowed down to two: Scranton and Pittsburgh.

When the polls closed on Wednesday, yinz who talk like yinz from Pittsburgh were ahead by a narrow 9 percent, or a little less than 2000 votes.

Gawker has yet to announce the final winner.
