NEW HOPE, PA – New Hope has made just about every list out there from “Most Charming” to “Best Historic Downtown” to “Most Unique To Visit.”

Now the New York Times is calling New Hope and Bucks County “A Rival To The Hamptons.”

In an extensive story headlined, “How Sleepy Bucks County Became A Rival To The Hamptons,” the New York Times reports that New Hope has taken a decidedly “glamorous turn,” attracting celebrities like Bradley Cooper, Yolanda Hadid, Zayn Malik, among others, who have bought real estate here.

The piece, written by Steve Kurutz, said sightings of social media stars and Hollywood actors including Leonardo DiCaprio and Justin and Hailey Bieber have lately become more commonplace in the Delaware River town.

“Suddenly, New Hope and the quaint neighboring towns were becoming a celebrity enclave. While a census might reveal fewer famous people per acre than in the Hamptons, Malibu, or Aspen, the area’s glamour quotient is on the rise,” says the article.
