New Year's Eve Celebration To Ring In 2024 At Stella Of New Hope

NEW HOPE, PA — Stella of New Hope will celebrate New Year’s Eve with a special evening boasting a five-course tasting menu and a complimentary champagne toast at midnight.

On Sunday, December 31 from 5 to 11 p.m., Stella of New Hope will be offering a five-course menu featuring ahi tuna tataki, split pea soup, lobster velouté, Iberian Duroc pork belly, sous vide duck breast, and more. Dinner is $105 per person with an optional $55 wine pairing.

After dinner, guests are welcome to join the Stella team at the bar in a countdown to midnight with a special complimentary champagne toast to formally kick off 2024. Reservations for NYE dinner are required and can be made on OpenTable.

Additionally, Stella of New Hope will be hosting a Christmas Eve Brunch on Sunday, December 24 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Guests can indulge in brunch offerings including a smoked salmon platter ($20) and lemon ricotta pancakes ($14). Additionally, Stella will be offering a selection of holiday specials in addition to its à la carte brunch menu.

Guests can pair brunch with a seasonal cocktail such as the "As It Should Be" ($17) made with pomegranate, Prosecco, and rosemary or the "Not for the Faint of Heart" ($16) with bourbon, hazelnut, and cold brew.
