Police Respond To Road Rage Incident, Drunk Passengers In Lambertville
Police make arrests for trespassing, assault, forgery and fugitive from justice; investigate several cases of fraud and theft.
LAMBERTVILLE, NJ — The City of Lambertville Police Department reported the following incidents and arrests between Nov. 17 and Dec. 16:
November 17
- At approximately 8:19 p.m., Samuel D. Floyd, 47, from Hilvista Boulevard in Trenton, NJ, was arrested and charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. Detective Albani is the arresting officer.

- At approximately 8:22 p.m., Franciso Roldan, 47, from Lambertville, NJ, was charged with defiant trespassing. Patrolman Brown is the investigating officer.
November 20
- At approximately 7:04 p.m., Franciso Roldan, 47, from Lambertville, NJ, was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing. Patrolman Brown is the arresting officer.

- At approximately 1:29 p.m., a resident from York Street reported an incident of check fraud. Patrolman Zilliox is investigating.
November 23
- At approximately 4:52 p.m., patrols responded to Coryell Street and North Franklin Street for a report of a possible assault. After investigating, it was determined there was a road rage incident between two vehicles where the drivers eventually came to a stop and engaged in a dispute. The incident had de-escalated before patrols arrived. Detective Albani investigated.
- At approximately 11:30 p.m., patrols responded to Route 29 near police headquarters for disorderly passengers in an Uber. It was determined the passengers were intoxicated and acting in a manner that the driver was not comfortable with and canceled the ride requesting they exit the vehicle. Both passengers were provided a courtesy transport. Patrolman Pradarits investigated.
December 3
- At approximately 10:50 a.m., a resident from Perry Street reported receiving fraudulent charges on their credit card from packages they did not purchase. Patrolman Pradarits is the investigating officer.
December 4
- Terrence Tyrell Rollins, 34, from Route 22 in Whitehouse Station, NJ, was charged with forgery and theft of moveable property stemming from an incident on May 9. Detective Albani is the investigating officer.
December 5
- At approximately 4:37 p.m., Ali M. Hiltey, 33, from Hopewell, NJ, was arrested for being a fugitive from justice as a result of a motor vehicle stop. Hiltey was turned over to the Hunterdon County Sheriff’s Department in default after being charged as a fugitive. Patrolman Zilliox was the arresting officer.
December 6
- At approximately 3 p.m., a resident on North Main Street reported fraud and impersonation of a public servant. Detective Corporal Bast is investigating.
December 7
- At approximately 7:10 p.m., a resident from Brunswick Pike in West Amwell reported having their wallet stolen from the inside of their vehicle while parked in Lambertville. Patrolman Lugo investigated.
December 10
- At approximately 10:03 a.m., a resident from Coryell Street reported receiving a suspicious email that may be a scam. Patrolman Pradarits is investigating.
December 14
- At approximately 10:33 a.m., a resident from Heath Court reported criminal mischief to outside community lights, a handrail, and a posted private property sign. Detective Albani is investigated.
- At approximately 3:35 p.m., patrols responded to Elm Street for a report of an unwanted person on private property. The subject was located and the situation was resolved without incident. Patrolman Pradarits investigated.
December 15
- At approximately 4:34 p.m., patrols responded to Cherry Street for a report of a vehicle that struck a building. Patrolman Pradarits investigated.
