River Road To Close Thursday And Friday For Pipe Replacement
The pipe replacement will take place in New Hope and Solebury between Aquetong Road and Windy Bush Road.
NEW HOPE, PA — River Road will close Thursday and Friday between Route 232, or Windy Bush Road, and Aquetong Road.
PennDOT announced the news in a release this week, saying the closure would last from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. The road is closed to allow crews to conduct pipe replacement.
Route 32 drivers will be directed to use Route 232 and Aquetong, the news release detailed. Local access will be maintained.

"Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur," PennDOT representatives wrote. "The schedule is weather dependent."
