Senior Living Facility Proposed On Lower York Road
Heritage Senior Living is proposing a three-story facility on Lower York Road next to the Logan Square Shopping Center.

SOLEBURY TOWNSHIP, PA — The Solebury Township Planning Commission reviewed a sketch plan for a senior living facility and urgent care center during a meeting Monday.
Heritage Senior Living is proposing to construct a three-story facility at 6554 Lower York Road, which is next to the Logan Square Shopping Center.
According to the Bucks County Herald, the senior living facility project consists of 93 units.

In addition to the urgent care center, the proposal includes four retail stores.
Construction of a senior living facility is by conditional use in Solebury Township and would require approval from the Board of Supervisors.
