Tea Dance To Celebrate Grand Reopening Of New Hope's Cub Room
In March, Laura Sachs took over ownership of The Cub Room, which has been a landmark destination for the LBGTO+ community.

NEW HOPE, PA — The Cub Room will celebrate its grand reopening under new ownership on Sunday, April 27 with a Tea Dance. The event will feature food trucks, DJ da BooBoo, and of course, dancing. The celebration begins at 4 p.m. at 400 West Bridge Street, New Hope.
In March, Laura Sachs took over ownership of The Cub Room, which has been a landmark destination for the LBGTO+ community and its allies for the past two decades, especially since the closure of The Raven in 2019.
"New Hope is a close family and has been there to support me during challenging times, and to celebrate my success," said Sachs. "It is important that I give back as well as maintain the historical importance of New Hope as an accepting, caring, and inclusive community."
