Egg Hunt Rescheduled In Newtown: Here Are The Details

The Newtown Rotary Club has rescheduled the run for Sunday afternoon, April 13.

NEWTOWN, PA — The Newtown Community Egg Hunt, originally scheduled for Saturday, April 12 is being moved to Sunday, April 13 due to a forecast for rain on Saturday.

Organized by the Newtown Rotary Club, the event will take place on the grounds of the Goodnoe Elementary School.

Here are the details:

  • 1:15 to 2 p.m. - Meet and Greet With the Easter Bunny
  • 1:15 to 2 p.m. - Games and activities for the kids by Just Between Friends
  • 1:30 p.m. - Egg Hunt for the Blind and Visually Impaired
  • 2 p.m. - The Main Egg Hunt begins, moving from youngest to oldest across the field. The event concludes with egg hunts for adults and grandparents.

The events are free and open to the public. Bring a bag to collect your eggs.
