NEWTOWN, PA — The Newtown Athletic Club's Have A Heart Foundation has made a donation of $1,000 to the Fred Beans Hardship Committee, a group dedicated to supporting employees and their families during moments of unexpected financial strain.
The foundation's 52K in 52 Weeks campaign donates $1,000 weekly to a different local charity or non-profit in the Bucks County area to raise awareness and provide financial support, aiming to "Spread the Wealth and Spread the Word" for community causes.
Since 2022, they've given out more than $100,000 and provided extra support through free use of their resources and promoting various local initiatives like the first-ever Newtown Turkey Trot.
