Garden Center Burglary Under Investigation In Upper Makefield
Police in Upper Makefield are investigating a commercial burglary that occurred last week at a local garden center.

UPPER MAKEFIELD, PA — Police in Upper Makefield are investigating a commercial burglary that occurred last week at a local garden center.
According to police, the burglary occurred Oct. 11 around 1:30 a.m. at Season’s Garden Center on River Road.
Police reviewed surveillance video from the scene, which showed a suspect dropped off in crossover style vehicle, just south of the business. The suspect is then seen carrying a claw hammer, which was used to break out a glass panel on the side door of the building.

The suspect targeted the drop safe but was unsuccessful in removing it because it was bolted to the floor, according to information from police.
The suspect spent just over a minute in the business before leaving through the front door, running northbound on River Road.
