Newtown Borough Lifting Parking Restrictions For Holiday Season

NEWTOWN BOROUGH, PA — Newtown Borough is again waiving parking limit restrictions in the business district and in its municipal lots Thursdays through Sundays from November 28 through December 31.

The waiver does not include the 30-minute parking spaces, which will continue to be enforced. The parking limit will also continue to be enforced Monday through Wednesday.

The borough council has traditionally waived the parking limit to encourage customers to come into Newtown to shop for the holiday season.
