Motorists planning to use the bridge during daytime hours on Sunday should plan ahead to avoid using the bridge while event activities are taking place.

The closest river crossing points are the Scudder Falls (I-295) Toll Bridge, located 2.5 miles to the south, with tolls being charged electronically through E-ZPass and Toll By Plate in the Pennsylvania-bound direction, and the New Hope-Lambertville Toll-Supported Bridge, located seven miles to the north, and free to cross in either direction.

The bridge’s pedestrian walkway will remain open during the traffic closure. Pedestrians, however, will not be allowed on the bridge’s roadway deck; it will not be used as a viewing platform because the boat crossing on Sunday has been cancelled due to low water levels. All other activities will be taking place at the two parks.
