While the café doors will close for regular service, Brymer said she’s excited to continue offering pop-up dinners and special events at the café - keeping the spirit of Fancy Fig alive in a new and creative way.
“This decision comes during an incredibly difficult time for our family, as we recently and unexpectedly lost my husband, Randy Sr.,” she wrote.

“Randy was not only the heart of our family, but also a constant source of support in my dream of opening and running the café. His absence is deeply felt, but his legacy continues to inspire everything we do.”
Brymer continued, “I’m profoundly grateful for your love, loyalty, and support over the past nine years. We hope you’ll continue to think of us for your catering needs - and join us for our pop-up events as we enter this next chapter.”
