Condado Tacos Opening North Hills Location
The increasingly popular taco chain recently announced plans for a significant nationwide expansion.
McCANDLESS, PA — Amid a major expansion move, Condado Tacos will open a North Hills location in McCandless Crossing on McKnight Road. Condado will take over the space once occupied by an IHOP near Lowe's in the complex.
The new location is expected to open in the spring, the Pittsburgh Business Times reported.
The Columbus, Ohio-based chain's announcement of the new location comes barely a month after Condado opened another Pittsburgh-area eatery in Cranberry. Condado's other Pittsburgh locations are in Downtown, Lawrenceville, South Hills Village and East Liberty.

The McCandless Crossing restaurant will be one of 12 the chain plans to open in 2023.
Last week, Condado unveiled plans to open as many as 100 restaurants by 2026. The chain recently opened its 39th restaurant in Kalamazoo, MI.
