Franklin Park Man Charged with Indecent Exposure

Police say the suspect, Paul Rush, admitted to the allegation.

A Franklin Park man is scheduled to appear Tuesday in Leetsdale District Court on charges of indecent exposure.

A woman told police that she was in her car on Nicholson Road on Nov. 6 when Paul Rush, 21, pulled up alongside her vehicle and began to masturbate, making no attempt to conceal his genitals or what he was doing.

Police were able to track Rush down with the license plate number the woman provided. Police said Rush admitted to the allegation.
