This popular local bar is the perfect place if you are looking for a fun, frenetic and friendly bar to kick back at or place that seems to be "the place" for a younger crowd. The atmosphere is typically lively and energetic and you are bound to find entertainment indoors and out.
Billy's is the only bar in North Allegheny that features a sand volleyball court. It also offers plenty of outdoor seating and an upper and lower deck to keep the party jumping.
