Northampton Bombers Are Baseball State Champions In 2021
The team of teen players returned home victorious after the Pennsylvania Prep Legion Championships.
NORTHAMPTON, PA — The Northampton Bombers were victorious in the 2021 Pennsylvania Prep Legion State Championships.
The team was received with a parade of fire trucks and EMS workers Wednesday. They were celebrating not only the championship win, but a streak of 32 wins in their 35 total games.
“We brought them home in style with red lights flashing and sirens sounding,” Adam Selisker, Chairman of the Northampton Township Board of Supervisors and Northampton Township Fire Chief, told Bucks Local News.

On Wednesday, the 13-14 year-old team defeated the Aston Media Mustangs, the defending 2019 state champions, on the playoff fields in Downingtown.
