Wallet Stolen Outside Of Richboro Acme: Police
While an unidentified man distracted the victim, another person snuck into her car and stole her wallet out of her purse, police said.
RICHBORO, PA — The Northampton Township Police Department is currently investigating a 'distraction theft' that took place outside a local Acme on Thursday.
According to police, the elderly woman had just finished loading her groceries at the store, located at 800 2nd Street Pike, when a man got her attention and pointed out a bolt and nut stuck in the hubcap area of her car. While they were looking at the hubcap, police said another person entered the woman's driverside door and stole her wallet out of her purse.
When she got the bolts out and went back into her car, she found her wallet to be missing.

The man who distracted her was described as a Hispanic male in his 30s, standing around 5'8' to 5'10' and wearing tan khaki pants, a white T-shirt, and an N95 mask.
The victim said there were two other people with the man a the time of the theft. One was a Hispanic woman, who was wearing a green top with a palm leaf print and black pleated sweatpants. The other was another Hispanic male, who was wearing similar clothing to the first man involved.

Surveillance cameras were able to get a picture of the suspects' vehicle, a new model silver Acura with heavily tinted windows, and a tag of #6NDB930; the state of the license plate could not be seen.
