Gifts-In-Kind Coordinator Needed for Transitional Housing Program

A volunteer is needed to regularly facilitate the pick-ups of donations with HEARTH's GIKI partner stores. Major responsibilities include arranging schedules with stores, picking up the donations and delivering them to HEARTH, completing the necessary paperwork for GIKI donations and submitting monthly mileage for reimbursement. 

Volunteers need a valid driver's license, good driving record and proof of car insurance. There is an option to use the HEARTH van, but it's a plus if you have your own pickup truck, SUV or spacious car. 

The time commitment depends on the frequency and amount of donations, but it is estimated to be about three hours per month.

Training will be available.
