Individual attention and demonstrations will be given covering coiling, pinched pots, sculpture, slab construction and wheel-throwing techniques. Students can glaze with more than 20 stoneware glazes and participate in a raku firing at the end of the class. Remember to bring an old towel to class.
Instructor is Diane Pontoriero. Class meets from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursdays, June 23 through Aug. 25; there will be no class July 7 or Aug. 18. Cost is $130 for members and $150 for non-members, which includes $20 materials fee. Register online or in person.
