Charges Filed In Fatal Ross Hit-And-Run
A woman has been arrested in connection with a deadly hit-and-run accident earlier this month on Babcock Boulevard.
ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA — A woman faces charges in connection with a hit-and-run accident that killed a woman earlier this month.
Erin Petroski, 39, of Ross, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter, driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, driving a vehicle at an unsafe speed and careless driving.
Petroski is accused of causing the death of Elizabeth Griser, 32, who was struck on Babcock Boulevard on Jan. 13 and later died from her injuries.
