New Charcuterie Concept Opens In Ross
Graze Craze has opened a new location in the township.

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA — Graze Craze, a popular charcuterie concept, has opened a new location at 3336 Babcock Boulevard near the McKnight-Siebert Shopping Center.
At Graze Craze, "grazologists" arrange charcuterie boards that feature an assortment of ingredients for grazing: fresh fruits and vegetables, premium meats and cheeses, artisanal sweets, nuts and more. The arrangements provide something for every lifestyle, dietary preference or palate, and are available in a variety of size options.
“There’s something for everyone – event hosts, businessmen and women, the health-conscious and foodies will all find something on our menu that they love,” said owner Emily Whitaker, a Ross native. “I’ve always loved the idea of charcuterie, trying different foods and flavor combinations and it feels amazing to bring something new to the area where I grew up.”
