Why are you running? All my life I have volunteered for nonprofit organizations, including Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and my local church as a Deacon, Elder and now Clerk of Session. I will take the knowledge and wisdom I have accumulated to make North Hills School District a very desirable place to educate the children of our community.
What is the single biggest issue facing the district? I think there are many issues our children face. My first priority will be to help the district select superior curriculum which has a proven track record.
What sets you apart from other candidates seeking this office? I have traveled the world taking care of high tech hospital equipment invented here in Pittsburgh. Those travels enabled me to meet, work and enjoy dinner with people from Canada to the tip of South America and almost every country in Europe, along with Australia, India, and South Korea. I will use this experience to work with the taxpayers, parents, administrators and teachers to achieve my goal of providing a superior curriculum which will make North Hills School District the preferred
educational institution in the area.
