Parkway North/McKnight Road Ramp Repairs Begin Wednesday

The restrictions, lasting through Friday, Aug. 16, will impact commuters heading north from Pittsburgh into Ross Township.

Repairs to the Parkway North (I-279) off-ramp to McKnight Road (Exit 4) will begin Wednesday, Aug. 7, weather permitting.

Single lane closures will occur as needed on the ramp weekdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Friday, Aug. 16.

The ramp will remain open to traffic with at least one lane open at all times.

Motorists are advised to use caution, slow down and be prepared for changing traffic patterns when traveling through the area.

PennDOT crews will conduct joint and inlet repairs.
