West View Community Day drew residents out from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday for games, crafts, an inflatable playground and a petting zoo. At North Park, visitors to the boathouse had their faces painted, received free balloon animals, and listened to live music in honor of the re-opening of North Park Lake.
