Recognize This Man? West View Police Want to Hear from You

West View Police say he stole credit cards from six vehicles, all on the same night.

West View Borough Police have released surveillance video of a man they believe took credit cards from six unlocked cars, all on the same night.

Police say early in the morning, on July 11, someone stole credit cards and cash from six unlocked vehicles parked along Hempstead, Montclair, and Jamaica Avenues in West View.

Those credit cards were used a short time later at the 7-11 in West View, a Sunoco in Ross Township, and a Wal-Mart in Cranberry.

A surveillance camera at the 7-11 recorded the suspect, police said. Anyone recognizing the man is asked to call West View Police at 412-931-2800, extension 118.

West View Police also remind everyone to always lock their vehicles, no matter where they are parked, and keep valuables hidden from view.
