Ross Park Mall Landing Major New Retailer

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA — Ross Park Mall is getting a major new retailer with an old familiar name. Dick's House of Sport, a new experiential retail concept from Pittsburgh-based Dick's Sporting Goods, will open in the spring of 2024.

The store will be the first Dick's House of Sport in Pittsburgh.

How will it differ from a typical Dick's Sporting Goods location?

According to Dick's, the House of Sport will offer in-store experiences such as a climbing wall, HitTrax batting cage and golf bays with Trackman simulators.

There also will be a 20,000-square-foot outdoor turf field and running track attached to the store. Dick's described the field as a "community resource" that can host open play, camps, clinics and league space.

The store also will offer the typical items found at ordinary Dick's stores: footwear; athletic apparel brands; and tour-level golf equipment, apparel and footwear.
