Video: West View Halloween Parade Draws Zombies, Frogs & a Robot
UPDATED with winners' names. West View holds its annual Halloween parade, attracting zombie cheerleaders, princesses, ninjas and a tiny Elvis. Check out the parade of costumes in this video.
West View's annual Halloween parade took place Monday, with participants parading down Perry Highway from Highland Avenue to Center Avenue.
Nearly 1,000 people turned out for the event, about 700 to 800 in costume, estimated West View Borough Councilor Kim Steele, who also serves as chairman of the recreation committee.
A judging panel marked their favorites and awarded prizes. Winners are as follows:
