Vodka Storage Facility Moves in to Babcock Business Area

The small warehouse at 3365 Babcock Boulevard will be operated by the son of Ross Township Commission Chairman Dan Kinross, the owner of the property.

A site plan and occupancy permit for a 200-square-foot storage facility for wholesale vodka products was approved by the Ross Township Board of Commissioners Monday at the request of Commission Chairman Dan Kinross.

Kinross owns the property at 3365 Babcock Boulevard. He said his son planned to turn it into a warehouse for Fuzzy's Ultra Premium Vodka, a brand endorsed by golfer Fuzzy Zoeller

"I'm happy to help my son, so I agreed to let him use it," Kinross said. "It's a small operation, wholesale storage only. No retail sales."
