West View Borough Cleans Up Curbs on Perry Highway

A public works crew began building new curbs Thursday in front of the West View Borough Municipal Building.

Employees of the West View Borough Public Works Department began pouring concrete Thursday to repair portions of the curb along Perry Highway in front of the . 

The work is expected to take about a week. 

The job, originally put out for bid by the borough, was brought in-house after the council rejected bids of $9,750 from J.L. Urban Construction Services, $10,800 from Whitney Construction Inc. and $12,350 from Soli Construction Inc.
