Boa Reported Missing In Montco Has Been Found, In Its House

Earlier this week, we told you of a seven-foot boa constrictor snake that had been reported missing out of Montgomery County.

Well, we are happy to report that the snake has been located. In fact, the red tail boa was found at its house and was really never actually missing.

"The owner of the reported missing boa constrictor has confirmed that the snake had not left his house," East Greenville Borough Police announced Friday.

On Monday, police were at Bieler Park investigating a reported sighting of the snake. Several hours later, authorities said that the presence of the snake at the park could not be confirmed.

The owner told the police after the search at the park that the snake had been "missing" for about three weeks.

No word on exactly where in the home the snake was located.
