A Blue Bell woman is accused of DUI after a reported hit-and-run incident at the , at which a gas tank was struck, on the morning of Dec. 13.
According to a report, Trooper Patrick Wise spoke to witnesses after the incident and obtained the registration number of the striking vehicle.
He went to the registered owner's address and spoke with Susan Maria Mammoccio, 52, and during the conversation she allegedly "appeared to be under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance."
The report states that charges are pending.
