Hike in and around Central Perkiomen Valley Park

Saturday event is free, but pre-registration is required.

The Montgomery County Office of Communications released the following information:

Join staff members of Central Perkiomen Park on Saturday, March 24, at 4 p.m. at for a peaceful early springtime hike along the Perkiomen Creek and surrounding trails. 

Park experts will discuss the resources we find on our walk, then finish with a tour of the historic Old Mill House to learn about its rich history.  This is a free program, and will be held rain or shine. Pre-registration is required. Call 610-287-6970 to register or for more information. Everyone will meet at the Ranger Station. Comfortable walking shoes and appropriate outdoor dress should be worn.

Central Perkiomen Valley Park is located on Plank Road, one mile south of Schwenksville, and six miles north of Collegeville. The park can be accessed using Plank Road, from either Route 73 or Route 29.
