Lansdale Teen Injured, Cited after Skippack Crash
The one-car crash occurred on Evansburg Road, just South of Kratz Road.
A Lansdale teen has been cited for driving a vehicle at an unsafe speed after causing a crash on Evansburg Road in Skippack Township, in which he suffered minor injuries, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
The 1997 BMW, driven by the 17-year-old boy and owned owned by Elizabeth Iacovetti of Lansdale, was heading North on Evansburg Road when the driver lost control of the vehicle at a left curve just before Kratz road, accord to police.

The car hit a tree and ditch before rolling onto its roof, police said.
The teen was wearing a seatbelt and suffered minor injuries; a cell phone was present but was not in use. The vehicle had major damage and was towed from the scene.

The teen was cited in District Court 38-1-24 for violating PA/VC 3361 - driving vehicle at a safe speed.
