A report by the Mercury newspaper said the assault took place inside the victim's Pottstown Borough home back on Feb. 3, 2020.

The paper reported that Hill, who knew the victim personally, assaulted the woman during the earning morning hours and that the two had been socializing with one another at a local bar the previous evening.

The report says that the woman said she tried to fend off Hill's advances but that he continued to force sex on her.
